Appendices 3Y in relation to Michael Fraser advising of:

  • The sale on market of 56,916 AGL shares; and
  • The acquisition of 116,976 AGL shares under AGL's Long Term Incentive Plan.

Following these transactions, Mr Fraser holds a direct interest in 763,242 AGL shares.
