AGL provides feedback to the SA Electricity Distribution Code Review 2025-2030

The South Australia Electricity Distribution Code sets out consumer protections that apply to the distribution of electricity to customers in the state. The Essential Services Commission of South Australia sought feedback on amendments to the code, including:

• postponing the introduction of new customer service standards (for first contact resolution of some telephone enquiries), and 
• addition of reporting on street light performance and complaint responsiveness and escalation to SA Power Networks’ public reporting obligations.
