How LED lighting reduced Hollick Estates' energy use

An LED lighting retrofit at an iconic Australian winery.

Rows of grapevines in a vineyard

Hollick Estates were looking for a unique lighting solution to reduce their energy costs.

Tackling the lighting challengeAn important part of winemaking is light, so the lighting design had to suit the purpose of each area of their business operations. Hollick Estates required the lighting upgrade to be cost-effective, environmentally sustainable and OHS compliant. It was also important the lighting upgrade didn’t disrupt the daily operations of the business.

LED upgrades

We designed and installed an LED lighting solution to meet the challenge. From the cellar door to the barrel and bottle storage areas, through to the workshop and kitchens, our solution replaced the old lights with new LEDs. This enhanced OHS compliance with better visibility across their winery operations, such as improving safety conditions for forklifts and ladders and eliminating dark corners.

Better lighting, greater results

We designed an effective lighting solution through our end-to-end service. As a result, Hollick Estates achieved their business goals of reducing energy use and improving the amenity of each area of the business for their staff and customers.
