One way we do this is through our demand response program, Peak Energy Rewards, which rewards customers for reducing their energy usage during certain periods of peak demand, to help improve grid stability.

Another way is our Energy Coach online tool that gives you personalised tips in minutes that could help you save on your home energy bills. Energy Insights goes that next step further, using smart meter data to estimate your energy consumption each month and provide a breakdown.
