These plans have eligibility criteria

AGL Value Saver eligibility

eBilling only

You’ll receive your bills and other communications from AGL by email. eBills have the same information as paper bills, minus the paper. Plus, we will email you other important messages about your account, like reminder notices, price changes, or updates to your energy plan. For the duration of this energy plan and subsequent contracts, you will receive bills and other communications from AGL to your nominated email address. If your email address becomes inactive or invalid or you change your communication preferences, we’ll send you a paper bill, and charges may apply. Some customer groups can request to receive paper bills and communications and still sign up for the AGL Value Saver energy plan, please contact us or give us a call on 13 12 45 to find out more.

AGL Solar Savers eligibility

To be eligible for the AGL Solar Savers energy plan in Victoria, the inverter on your solar system must have and must continue to have a capacity of less than 10kW, and you must not receive a feed-in tariff under a government scheme. If we become aware that your solar system is ineligible or you do not meet the eligibility criteria for the Solar Savers Victorian plan, we may stop paying you the feed-in tariff associated with the plan and terminate your market contract, and your electricity supply will continue under a Standard Retail Contract. Further information about the terms and conditions of feed-in tariffs payable by AGL are contained in our Solar Feed-in Terms.
