You’re covered for every situation

The QR code in your EV connects you with servicing and gives you access to 24/7 support for accidents or breakdowns.

 

The cost of servicing, insurance and roadside assistance is all included in your monthly subscription fee, so you can drive with peace of mind.

How to swap EVs, extend or cancel your subscription

Our flexible contracts make it easy to extend, swap or return your EV.

Swap EVs

You can swap EVs every 6 months. Give us 30 days notice and we’ll get your next EV ready, subject to availability.

Extend your subscription

Give us 30 days notice and we’ll put together a new contract. Or, do nothing and your subscription will roll over to month to month.

Cancel subscription icon

Cancel your subscription

At any time, you can give 30 days notice to end your subscription. There may be an early termination fee if you cancel within the minimum term.

1Sign up details: We’ll complete a credit application. When it’s approved, we’ll send you a contract to sign and return. Before we order your car, we may require a security bond payment of $1,000.
