Before your energy plan ends, we may notify you of new rates or benefits that will apply. If we don’t contact you, your plan will continue for a further 12 months.

Things you should know

To be eligible for the AGL Velocity Offer you must:

  • be a member of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program. Not a Velocity member? Join here.
  • sign up or switch to the AGL Velocity offer as a residential customer in VIC, NSW, QLD, or SA, where AGL operates
  • provide your Velocity membership details (including first name, last name and membership number) when signing up for the offer, and mention ‘Velocity’ if signing up over the phone
  • remain on the offer for the first 45 days from connection for sign-up Velocity Points
  • remain on the offer for 12 months from connection for anniversary bonus Velocity Points (for new and moving customers only)

Sign-up Velocity Points may take up to 45 days from connection to appear in your Velocity account. Anniversary bonus Velocity Points will appear up to 15 days after your 12-month plan period is complete.
