Get a one-off $125 (GST incl.) credit for electricity and a $25 (GST incl.) credit for gas on your first bill when you switch your home energy to AGL from another supplier or move your home energy with AGL. Or receive $25 per fuel (GST incl.) if you’re an existing customer and change to this plan.

If eligible for the new customer credit, this reduces the above annual estimate by $100 (GST incl.) for electricity.

No lock-in contract with variable rates

Change your plan anytime and if you need to leave, we don’t charge an exit fee. Your rates can go up or down with written notice to you.

Flexible billing options

Get bills emailed or posted to you monthly or quarterly. Paper bills may incur a $1.75 (GST incl.) fee per bill. Paper bill fees do not apply to concession and life support customers.

Solar feed-in tariff

Ongoing contract with a 12-month energy plan

Before your energy plan ends, we may notify you of new rates or benefits that will apply. If we don’t contact you, your plan will continue for a further 12 months.
