When you’re moving house, you need to know the electricity will be connected on move in day. So, with one business days’ notice, clear, safe meter access and site safety requirements met, we will connect your electricity on the day you move in. And if it isn't connected on move in day, we guarantee to cover your expenses up to $500 a day until you’re connected.

Disconnecting your services

If you’re an existing AGL energy or internet customer, you’ll be able to choose a disconnection date for your services. It doesn’t have to be the same as your move-in date. If you’re a new customer, just let your old energy retailer know you’re moving out.
