Renewables are critical to our strategy

As coal plants reach the end of their life, investment in clean energy, storage and flexibility is critical. With an ambition to add 12 GW of additional renewable generation and firming capacity by the end of 2035, we need the brightest minds in the business to get us there, working across a variety of roles.

As well as roles in engineering, construction and maintenance, we need people to help us protect the environment, look after communities and keep our people safe.

Integrated industrial energy hubs

We’re committed to transforming our large thermal generation sites into industrial energy hubs, with circular economy principles at the forefront.

 

Our Hunter, Torrens and Latrobe Valley Energy Hubs will bring together the unique infrastructure, land, transport access and grid connectivity needed to integrate renewable energy production and storage. We’ll partner with industry and government to develop new industries on site.
