AGL's challenge of ESCOSA's right to review prices
AGL Energy Limited (AGL) advises that the Supreme Court of South Australia today granted permission to proceed with the action to challenge the decision by the Essential Services Commission of South Australia (ESCOSA) to amend its price determination of 14 December 2010.
An application to stay the ESCOSA determination has been set down to be heard by the Court on 17 December 2012.
