Final Director's Interest Notice
The following is the Appendix 3Z in respect of Max Ould, who retired as a non-executive director of AGL energy Limited (AGL) at the conclusion of AGL's Annual General Meeting on 23 October 2012.
The late lodgement of the Appendix 3Z is due to an administrative oversight occasioned by personnel changes in AGL's company secretairal function.
