AGL Energy Limited today advised of a correction to its Annual Report. On page 21 under the heading “Hunter Gas Project”, the following words:

"In September 2012, the Hunter Gas Project Petroleum Exploration Licence (PEL) 267 held by AGL was renewed."

 should be replaced with:

"AGL has applied to renew the Hunter Gas Project Petroleum Exploration Licence (PEL) 267. PEL 267 remains valid pending finalisation of the renewal process. AGL has received draft renewal conditions and is now awaiting the Minister’s final determination."
