AGL Energy welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the Renewable Fuel Scheme (RFS) Rule 1 Consultation Paper.

This consultation seeks feedback on a series of proposals about the draft RFS rule, to ensure that the RFS Rule clearly describes the requirements to create certificates for green hydrogen production.

AGL’s submission supports the integration of the RFS with other schemes such as the GO scheme and restates some key points from our previous submissions such as the inclusion of a greater range of renewable fuels within the scheme.
