AGL Energy (AGL) welcomes the opportunity to comment on South Australia’s Draft Climate Change and Greenhouse Emissions Reduction (Miscellaneous) Amendment Bill 2024. We have applauded South Australian Government on its ambitious approach to lowering greenhouse emissions and tackling climate change and supported the proposed amendments to the Climate Change and Greenhouse Emissions Reduction Act 2007 as proposed in the Bill.
