AGL cautions against new scheme pipeline regulation which could introduce unnecessary administrative burdens and uncertainties. The current regulatory framework is working effectively, with market-based price settings and efficient investment signals. Recent reforms have improved market transparency and efficiency, and AGL suggests that more time is needed to assess their full impact before considering further regulatory changes.
