To update your email address or mobile number in My Account:
Select your name in the top right corner, then Profile.
In the Personal Details tab, go to Email or Mobile and select Edit.
Update your email address or mobile number and select Update Contact Details.
To update your mailing address in My Account:
Select your name in the top right corner, then Profile.
In the Personal Details tab go to Mailing address and select Chat.
The chat window will open, and our Virtual Assistant will help you update your mailing address.
To update your email address or mobile number in the AGL app:
Go to Account then Settings then Contact Details.
Update your email address or mobile number and select Update Contact Details.
To update or correct your name, title or date of birth, we need to first confirm your identity. For us to do this, please contact us.
If you're moving home and want to connect an AGL energy supply or internet to your new address, visit Move house.

If there's an existing AGL internet or energy supply to a property that you want to transfer from one account holder to another, the new account holder needs to sign up to a plan with AGL using their details. Doing this will automatically cancel the old account and the account with the new account holder will start.
