Find details about your plan

You can find the details of your current plan (including tariffs) online in:

My Account

1. Select 'Account Settings' from the drop-down menu in the top right corner
2. On the 'Property and plans' tab, select 'View' next to your plan name to view its details and tariffs.

AGL app

1. On the ‘Overview’ tab, select your electricity or gas usage
2. Scroll down and select ‘Manage Plan’ to view your plan features and rates.

The name of your current energy plan is also printed on Page 2 of your bill. Details of any current discounts can be found under 'New charges and credits'.

View your most recent bill

To view your most recent bill in My Account, go to the 'Billing' tab and select 'Download your PDF bill'.

To view your most recent bill in the AGL app, go to the 'Billing' tab, select a recent bill then 'View PDF'.

If you currently receive your bills by post and want to switch to digital billing, you can learn more about receiving your bills online at Billing Options.

Change energy plans

You can find details on changing your energy plan in: 

My Account

1. Go to 'Account Settings' using the drop-down menu in the top right corner
2. Select ‘Property and plans’ and scroll down to the ‘Change plans’ section
3. Select ‘Start', then follow the steps to choose your new plan.

AGL app

1. On the ‘Overview’ tab, select your electricity or gas usage  
2. Scroll down and select ‘Manage Plan’
3. Select ‘Manage’ in the top right corner, then follow the steps to change energy plans.
