Appoint a Nominated Representative for Consumer Data Right (CDR)

A Nominated Representative must be at least 18 years old and listed with us as an authorised person for your business. They will be authorised to approve and manage your business' data sharing arrangements with accredited third parties. Learn more about CDR and see if your company is eligible.

After you submit this form, we'll email you with the outcome within five business days. If we approve the Nominated Representative and they're not already listed as an authorised contact, we'll add them as an authorised contact and they will be able to maintain the business' account.

You can appoint more than one Nominated Representative. To do this, submit a form for each person you want to nominate.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that the appointed Nominated Representative will be authorised to approve and manage data sharing arrangements with accredited third parties for the business' eligible AGL electricity account(s). If the Nominated Representative is not currently an authorised contact, they will also be added as an authorised contact and will be able to maintain the business' AGL energy account(s).
