24/7 roadside assistance is included in your subscription fee.

Call Roadside Assistance on 1800 817 683. 

You can also find the roadside assistance number by scanning the QR code in the top right-hand corner of your windscreen. 

What's covered?

24/7 Roadside Assistance is available for all AGL EV subscribers and Approved Drivers, with free* callouts for: 

  • flat batteries

  • key lockouts 

  • flat tyre changes or inflation 

  • towing within 100km


*Additional charges may apply for additional repairs, replacement cars, accommodation, excess towing costs, and anything not considered fair wear and tear. Roadside assistance is at no additional cost, except where you or an Approved Driver is at fault. For details, check the EV Subscription Terms.
