Swapping your car 

If you’re on a 12-month plan, you can swap your EV for a different model once every 6 months (subject to availability).  

Here’s what you need to know.

• Notice period
  We generally need 30 days’ notice to organise your new vehicle. 

• Costs
  There are no fees for swapping your car, but the cost of your subscription could change based on the model you choose. 

• New contract
  You’ll sign a new contract with updated pricing, which will apply for 6 months or the remainder of your existing contract term. 

• Choosing your car
  Take a look at our range of cars to see which EV models we currently offer, as well as models that are coming soon.  

• Home charger compatibility
  Good news! Whether you have a wall charger or the portable charger that came with your subscription, your charger will work with any of our electric vehicles.
