Do AGL Rewards members have access to special offers and benefits?

From time to time, we like to surprise our members with special rewards and benefits, it’s our way of saying thanks, just for being a member!

Special rewards and benefits are communicated to AGL Rewards members via email, and regular offers on the AGL Rewards website via AGL My Account.

Where are my special offers and gifts?

If you haven’t reviewed any emails featuring special offers or gifts from AGL Rewards recently:

  • Check your junk mailbox or spam folder and look out for the sender from AGL Rewards
  • You can also call our Customer Service Team on 131 245 to check you’re opted-in to receive marketing emails. Select option 1 for ‘Energy’, and then option 2 for ‘All other queries’ to check you’re ‘opted-in’ to receive marketing emails
  • If you’ve completed both steps above, hold tight, there may be one on its way soon. We send special offers and gifts from time to time, so keep an eye on your inbox
  • Don’t forget, you can access our regular offers on the AGL Rewards website via AGL My Account

How do I redeem offers from AGL Rewards?

On the offer page click ‘redeem offer’, from there you’ll be taken directly to the retailer’s website to purchase your items at a discounted rate from the retailer directly. It is important to familiarise yourself with any terms and condition that may apply to the offer before redeeming any reward as these are determined by the retailer and not AGL. You should also make sure to follow any directions in the offer for example if a promo code has been provided, enter the code at check-out for the discount to be applied.

When will I receive my order?

Contact the retailer directly for all questions relating to the redemption of an offer including order processing or shipping times or any comments relating to the product or service itself. Contact details are provided on the relevant AGL Rewards offer page.
