The Independent Competition and Regulatory Commission's released the Draft Report on standing offer prices for the supply of electricity to small electricity customers from 1 July seeking comment.  In our submission we highlight the concerns with the ICRC's decisions in the draft report with regards to some of the key elements with the cost build up to establish regulated prices from 1 July 2017 in the ACT.
