On 19 October, AGL made a submission to the Energy Security Board’s consultation on improving the transparency of over-the-counter (OTC) contracting. This work is in response to the ACCC’s recommendation in the Retail Electricity Pricing Inquiry, which would introduce a trade repository to be administered by the AER and require reporting of OTC trades.
