AGL recently responded to the PUO on its draft recommendations to provide a streamlined and consistent framework for delivering customer protections under the relevant WA gas and electricity regulations.

This review centred on removing outdated references to the AGA Code and unnecessary duplication in the relevant WA gas and electricity regulations, and whether some further proposed amendments were necessary to these regulations. AGL’s submission addressed the relevant gas related changes to the WA gas regulatory framework and largely supported the draft recommendations.
