AGL has responded to the Department of Home Affairs’  consultation paper on options for regulatory reforms and voluntary incentives to strengthen the cyber security of Australia’s digital economy. AGL was heavily involved in the creation of the Australian Energy Sector Cyber Security Framework (AESCSF), and is focussed on ensuring that the sector’s security posture is uplifted and prepared for not only cyber incidents but the increased use of Internet of Things (IoT) devices and Distributed Energy Resources (DER) by consumers.
