AGL supports maintaining the current 8-hour duration definition for LDS to ensure stability and attract investment. Changing this definition could undermine investment confidence and slow the development of critical projects. Additionally, AGL advocates for stable regulatory settings, streamlined approval processes, and diverse storage options to meet future energy needs effectively.
