Matthew Richardson, Port Adelaide Football Club Chief Executive Officer
Our experienced team designed and installed a 99.22 kW solar system for the training and administration centre at the Alberton Oval precinct. This consisted of large 242x 410 W solar panels with 110 kW inverter.
The solar system at the Alberton Oval precinct generates around 143 MWh of renewable energy annually. That’s enough energy to power approximately 30 homes in South Australia every year, with an average usage of 4.7 MWh/pa. With a smart solar energy solution, we helped Port Adelaide Football Club to:
Whatever your energy goals, we'll help find the right solution for your business.
1This is an estimate based on AGL’s modelling of the solar system’s expected annual energy output at the premises at the time of proposal, converted using the relevant National Greenhouse Account Factor for scope 2 emissions at the time of proposal.
2This is an estimate based on AGL’s understanding of the customer’s annual energy consumption at the premises at the time of proposal and AGL’s modelling of the solar system’s expected annual energy output at the premises at the time of proposal, taking into account predicted export to the grid.
