AGL has provided a submission to the NSW Government Office of Energy and Climate Change Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone Draft Access declaration. The submission suggests reverting to the original 15 year duration (rather than the proposed 20 years), considering raising the target curtailment level, and keeping access fees to a minimum.
