AGL has made a joint submission to the Australian Energy Market Commission Material Change in Network Infrastructure Project Costs draft rule determination. The submission suggests that a material change in network infrastructure project costs can be subject to more rigour than the draft rule proposes without undermining the need for timely transmission investment in the NEM.
