AGL supports the Australian Energy Regulator’s (AER) proposed changes for the next iteration of the Better Bills Guideline.

AGL also makes a number of additional recommendations to enhance the Better Bills Guideline which we believe can support a smoother customer transition to the new bill formats and support the industry implementation and adoption of the Guideline.
