AGL responded to the Essential Services Commission’s Unaccounted for Gas (UAFG) Benchmarks 2022 Review Draft Determination. The Commission is proposing:

• minor drafting amendments to the Gas Distribution System Code of Practice;
• an extension of the current benchmarks until 30 June 2023 (transitional arrangements); and
• new UAFG benchmarks for the 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2028 period.
